    Looks great!! I wish my first attempt wasn’t lunched into the back alley where they pick up trash at my house.

    I noticed it’s looking a little gummy (little crumbly boogers). This is a sign that your loaf didn’t cool long enough before you cut into it! I’m sure you were excited by the way! Usually you need to let the loaf cool for 2 hours to avoid any gumminess.
