Pippa Middleton has caused quite a stir with some of her fashion choices, but the public figure is now turning heads for how gracefully she’s aging. The Berkshire native ran in aristocratic circles throughout her school years, being named the Number One Society Singleton by Tatler magazine in 2008, with her older sister’s royal romance only intensifying the public’s attention. In fact, Pippa was catapulted into fame when her figure-hugging gown caught international attention during Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding.
Since then, the British socialite has experienced some major life events, such as becoming a published author, exchanging vows with David Matthews, and settling down in a nearly 20 million dollar estate in Berkshire. While she might not be in the media as often as she was in her party-girl days, side-by-side snapshots show that the Brit is aging through life’s milestones beautifully. She has clearly matured, but the most notable differences come from her style choices — including her stunning hair transformation — which feature more modest and elegant clothing pieces. This evolution has us wondering about her wellness routine, but Pippa has followed in royal footsteps by keeping her secrets close to her chest.

While Pippa Middleton hasn’t shared her beauty regimen, the Brit has occasionally opened up about wellness-related habits. After maintaining a party-centered blog in the early 2010s, she landed a column with Waitrose Magazine in 2013, sharing recipes and party planning tips in the food publication. As quoted by UsWeekly, Middleton divulged some food and fitness-related habits in one installment, providing some insight into the lifestyle practices that likely contributed to her enviable appearance.
“I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things,” she wrote. “So, I’ll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet, and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in.” Middleton added that she’s never experimented with fad diets like Dukan or Atkins, but prioritizes making healthy choices when it comes to diet and exercise. She went on to explain that she aims for three to five sessions of physical activity per week, adding, “It boosts my mood and energy, and helps me sleep and digest better.”
Middleton’s aim for an active lifestyle definitely carried into her wedding prep, as the socialite reportedly worked out at the ultra-expensive Grace Belgravia gym in the months leading up to the milestone event. According to The New York Post, a yearly membership cost $6,000 in 2017, coming equipped with amenities like a spa, medical clinic, and restaurant. Though we’re sure that Middleton’s routines have evolved just as much as she has, these past comments give us insight into her day-to-day self-care mentality.
