    This is my second loaf ever, from my starter Doughly Parton

    As a newbie here is the link I followed for the recipe to get started! I followed the feeding lines for 16 days before she was finally ready.

    As for the baking, I used this link, since the starter turned out pretty well, I decided to stick with that same site. I went with the overnight option you’ll find here

    The first bake was pretty flat and burnt, but I have never baked on stoneware before, so I’m still learning on that. I also learned today that I misread the recipe and had the oven too high lol. But 30 min with lid and 15 without, seems to be the happy middle. I’m not sure if I should be proud of this one, but I am simply because it’s not burnt and flat 😂.

    Any tips are appreciated!
