    I think it’s a solid effort. Maybe a 6/10. For the next iteration, I’d say less rice and more cylindrical. This might require less packing inside to achieve that. Keep on sushi-ing!

    Way too big imo. I personally don’t like sushi that can’t be eaten in 1 bite. Especially rolls that won’t have structural integrity.

    Hey, I’m a Dad who’s a good cook and will entertain trying to make any request from my family. If you asked Dad to try to make sushi, and he did, know that he loves you and even if it didn’t work out 100%. He’ll get it better next time.

    That’s a sushi burrito! Looks good! Next time chopped sushi grade salmon, and thinly sliced cucumber threads. Lolol that’s my go to protein for sushi talk. Otherwise a very very nice meal! You’re lucky! 🙂

    For me personally the hardest part is not adding too much ingredients. My mouth starts to salivate and it comes out way too big. I would definitely still love this roll

    If it tastes good, that’s all that matters. Every beginning sushi chef has a lifetime to master the look of their sushi. Taste is more important.
