The details
The new store is owned and operated by Dana Ellis, Jared Lee and Mark Ellis, who also own a franchise in Arlington.
“We’re thrilled to plant our roots in Roanoke,” Dana Ellis said. “This area has such a strong sense of community and an energy that aligns perfectly with what HTeaO represents.”
The HTeaO Roanoke store celebrated its grand opening by offering free cups of tea in the morning, T-shirts to the first 250 customers and buy-one-get-one free cups of tea all day Nov. 22 and Nov. 23.
“Launching in Roanoke marks an exciting new chapter for us,” Lee said. “North Texas has embraced HTeaO in such a big way, and expanding beyond the DFW metroplex lets us reach even more communities. The excitement from Roanoke has been incredible, and we look forward to sharing the HTeaO experience with new guests.”
HTeaO now operates in the space formerly occupied by Schlotzsky’s, which closed in December 2024, according to previous reporting.
