Hey guys, Chef Joseph here. Today we’re going to be making a stuffed eggplant. And you haven’t stuffed an eggplant until you’ve seen my stuffed eggplant. So don’t go hating on this eggplant because you’re going to learn something new today. First want to do is take the knife all the way from the back and and what you’re going to be doing is just cutting slices, but obviously leaving it intact by the um by the core here. Thing you want to do is season the inside of it. This is a mixture of cumin, salt, pepper, dried onion. You’re going to slice some tomatoes and some sliced polio cheese and put it in between. Add it on a tray in a soap pad. Cooking in the oven 350° for 45 minutes. Be sure to drizzle some olive oil. Little Parmesan cheese over the top. And there are no rules in cooking. Taste this.
