This Thanksgiving, I’m definitely making my famous Greek potatoes with lemon, garlic, and a sprinkle of parmesan. They are my most requested side, and honestly, my family won’t even sit down at the table until they see these hot potatoes coming. They disappear before we’re even done passing the Lucky for me, they are the easiest thing to make. Just cut your potatoes into wedges and toss them with some good extra-virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, oregano, and plenty of lemon. Add a little bit of broth so they get nice and tender and fluffy at the center. Then roast until the edges get beautifully crisp.
