It’s my favorite salad in the world. And a key Lebanese ingredient always in all the sals I think almost is the mint. That’s that’s a key ingredient that I I picked from my backyard this morning. Mint you can it’s easy to grow in your backyard. And last but not least is the cracked wheat. We call it bhun. Uh usually actually traditionally you uh can soak it in some lemon juice beforehand. I didn’t want to do it way beforehand, but then you can like soak it like right when you start chopping your vegetables. So, by that time it’s fully soaked. Some lemon juice and olive oil. Here, again, we’re not like measuring. We’re just eyeballing here. Just like maybe two tablespoons.
