

I think it came out for my first time and not using a dutch oven(i used a pizza stone and a metal bowl and a roasting pan of ice and water)
I followed the clever carrots recipe which is:
150g active starter
250g warm water
25g olive oil
500g bread flour
10g sea salt
I Mixed together the starter, water and oil then added in the flour and salt let it rise for 30 minutes then shaped it into a ball then let it bulk rise for 10 hours( i started the bulk rise Saturday night and Sunday morning it was doubled) shaped it scored it (i didn't have a lame so i used a knife, i immediately bought a lame afterwards) then let it rise again then baked it at 400 for 20 minutes covered then 40 minutes uncovered.
