The lamb shank and mole are the standout dishes here imo. The first time I went and just got the tacos and wasn’t too impressed. Theres a video on how they make their mole sauce and it’s a pretty crazy labor of love.

Not sure why the hate in this thread. Food there is great (Doña Blanca, mole and queso ice cream stand outs for me) and staff is wonderful.
