I mean, from a Delonghi Dedica this may be an upgrade, but for that much money there were sure better options.

Nice machine op

I understand the criticisms of this machine but my best friend has one and the lattes they make mee are delicious. If you’re mainly a milk drink person anyways and value a simplified workflow this is a great option.
Coffee snobs looking down at Ninja have likely never used them. I have yet to find any product from them that is not top notch tbh.
I would put that machine on par with delonghi specialista and breville barista, just cheaper.

Enjoy OP!

Not had much experience with ninja stuff, hope it serves you well!

Well I was looking to get an espresso maker too this Black Friday season. I asked my friend about the ninja and he almost spit in my face. Guess I’m getting the barista express by breville then…

Op: ignore all the hate, you take your upgrade steps where you can. congrats on the new setup, its always fun getting new stuff. I remember how excited i was when i got my first bambino, even though my wife literally nay sayed the entire time i was buying it, told me not to, then told me the whole ride home how wrong i was(45 min lol) then i made her and i and drink, she shhhh’d really quick. Still to this day she gets up and is like “can you make me a latte?” lol. You do you, upgrade this bish when you can or when it breaks, but congrats and enjoy the coffee and espresso!
Also i’ll drop a bit of knowledge here, maybe you know maybe you dont. I got a vaccum sealer from costco, on sale 89$, wait for it! its 1000000% worth it. I was just using airscapes and “airtight” containers, they still leave air in there tho. When i started vac sealing my coffee, i would notice that just one day of it being unsealed after being vac’d, it would change how much i needed to grind to get the same out of it. like sometimes 3-4 notches different on my DF64 just to get it to produce the same 1:2 ratio shot. I was shocked how fast it changed, when i saw this, i realized, thats why i had so much trouble dialing in shots, my coffee, even though fresh, was oxidizing much faster than i realized. Anyways, cheers mate! happy pulling!

I have one and love it! Makes as good of espresso as I’ve had anywhere and The espresso community can be cringey with their hate for this product

This machine is sick, so easy to use and makes a great cup. Enjoy!

Alright why should I get this one? Versus the Breville Touch

Best of luck OP, mine started smoking somehow after the first day. Thankfully Ninja let me return but that was enough to scare me away from that machine for good.

Update us on how you like it 😊

I got the same machine, and I love it. Makes incredible foam and since the milk mixes as it is steaming, it makes more foam a than any other machine I’ve owned. $699 sounded like a lot until I started using it. Ive had mine for a month and haven’t been to starbucks since. I live across the street.

Nice – been looking at these – is it any good for something like a flat white?

If my friend had this machine in their house, I’d still be excited to drink some coffee!!

i’m debating between this and a breville and can’t decide!! what have you made with this?
tgalida
Is this the regular or pro version?

Is this from costco..

Is this the one that does the automatic dialing in?

It’s not bad, and if it makes the drinks you like at the level you like, that’s awesome. Generally this sub recommends against machines with built in grinders because they’re notoriously short on quality compared to getting 2 machines around the same price point. If it works for you, keep it and enjoy.
