

Decided to go with a smaller pork shoulder, since I didn’t know how it would turn out. Got some tips from a friend’s dad who’s from small town SC.
Managed to do this on a big rectangular charcoal grill, with a lot of close attention lol.
Got some vinegar sauce and some mustard sauce to go with it!
