Sweet potato, spinach and sometimes I switch it out for my favorite Brocolini and avocado.

Beef recipe
Start with 1 half of yellow onion , raw garlic and ginger to the pan. Once’s that turns translucent add your 1lb of beef. Once cooked mix these ingredients in a bowl and whisk and add to your beef.

Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
Rice vinegar 1 tablesoon
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
Garlic powder
Pepper

Also I like to add water chestnuts at the end.

    I heard it’s not good to eat red meat too often tho

  3. Hard to stay at 1,200 calories while eating beef. I like to mix in ground chicken or even mushrooms or tofu when cooking with beef to lower calories and still keep the volume (and flavor)
