Good first attempt! I have found that all of the effort of this dish deserves better presentation than stew. I keep the beef in big chunks and serve the veg on the side and top it all with that ethereal sauce.

I made mushroom Bourguigon last night (not a fan of beef)!! I think it will become a staple in our house ☺️
