Ingredients
2 cans tuna
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 shallots
1 celery stalk
1 bunch parsley
Salt, black pepper, lemon juice to taste
6 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
Bread slices
Cheddar cheese
Chips
Butter for toasting

Mix tuna with finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, celery, parsley, mayo, sriracha, lemon, salt, and pepper. Spread a generous amount on bread, layer with chips and cheddar, then toast in a buttered pan until golden, melty, and crunchy. Serve hot!
