Pretty stinking simple and pretty darn good!

Little 13# bird, got the temp dialed in around 350f for around 3.5hrs.

Bird took way too long to defrost, so only a few hours of dry brine. Meatheads Simon n Garfunkle seasoning, then basted with butter a few time throughout.

Don't think I'll do it any other way.

    I’ve not seen one of those little temperature thingys since I was a kid. Popped out and it’s ready.
