Most in the USA will probably be having turkey on Thursday, but what about Black Friday? I usually bag and freeze nearly all of the leftover turkey & trimmings so none goes to waste. I'm trying to decide if I should have ribs or ham on Friday. Which would you choose?

I normally double smoke a ham along with the turkey so black Friday is normally a leftover day. That said the ham is usually the star on Friday.
What’s your ham recipe?
