  2. My plan for the day is to have a protein rich breakfast and then a light protein rich snack at lunch time. I’m saving the majority of my calories for dinner though. And if I go over a bit it’s ok, I just want to make sure I don’t go crazy and have 2000 calories worth of food for dinner.

    Let’s just pick on the onions for one second and nothing else.

    Onions create gas.
    Gas causes bloating
    It slows down digestion

    So it’s okay you sharing stuff like this.
    But it’s way more than just calories that we have to consider
