Vino Cicchetti opened in the former home of Crowded House in September, with the creator of Anatolian Gin and Wine wholesaler, Eric Ugur Kayan, at the helm.

Located in Manchester Road, Bury, the aim of the Vino Cicchetti is to bring freshly made, authentic Italian cuisine to Bury.

Mr Kayan has been in the industry for more than 25 years, managing multiple successful businesses within the Greater Manchester area, including the popular Anatolian Grill in Prestwich, and now wants to embark on his newest venture.

Now, the restaurant has gained more than 720k views on a video it posted to TikTok showing off some of its food.

Vino Cicchetti posted a short clip showing off the pizza pasta bowls it serves up, which features any kind of pasta on its menu served up in a bowl made of pizza dough.

The idea has been a popular one across some of the trendiest restaurants in recent years and has proven to be a hit with customers.

On the post, the restaurant said: “This one is for all the carb lovers out there!

“You need to come try our new special.

“Your choice of pasta served inside a garlic butter pizza bowl!”

Comments under the posts featuring the dish were resoundingly positive, though some users were demanding a gluten-free version.

One user said: “Take ALL my money.

“All of it.”

Another said: “Looking at this, thinking you’re probably far away, then I click your profile to see you are in Bury.

“Will have to try!”

Others tagged their friends, and some people even explained the extreme lengths they would go to in order to try the dish.

One woman said: “I’m not being dramatic, but I would die for that.”
