This recipe was inspired by Lee Lem on youtube or l_eel_em on Instagram. It’s super easy to prep and super convenient for all you lazy folks. Macros on the second slide, ingredients on the third slide and directions on the last slide.

760 ckal 91g protein for 3 portions total, I like to split it into three meals.

Tbh I just throw everything into a rice cooker and set it on the porridge mode for 30-35 minutes depending on your portions and it comes out perfectly every time.

Instructions:
– chop up your radish first
– separate your yolks from the whites (I used about 9 eggs)
into the rice cooker:
– add your oats
– water or beef bone tablet ( or sub it with any other broth of your choice)
– pour in your whites
– chicken breast (or sometimes I use shrimp)
– layer your chopped radish on top
– set it to the porridge mode and let it cook for about 30 minutes (depending on your portion size)
