I broke off the top of my tomato plant 😡😡😡

I’ve been pruning this plant daily. So of course I had already pruned off all the suckers, and accidentally mistook the top stem for a sucker. Total mistake it’s been a few years since I’ve grown tomatoes 🙁

Its been 4ish days since I accidentally topped it and I haven’t seen much growth since.

I’m worried I’ve stunted it completely. I’m not sure whether to stick with this plant or put a brand new seedling in its place. I only have space for the one plant
