Dino Ribs

I’m relatively new to smoking, but after seeing Dino ribs repeatedly pop up in my feed I wanted to give them a try. Came out pretty good, juicy and tender without being mushy. I wasn’t sure how much to trim so I just took a stab at it. It was a fun learning experience.
