Ingredients
8 carrots
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Dashes salt-free garlic & herb seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg

Directions
1. Cut and rinse carrots.
2. Whisk together melted butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and all seasonings.
3. Pour over carrots and toss well to coat.
4. Roast at 400°F for 25–35 min.
5. For extra glaze: drizzle more honey on top when done and enjoy!

These honey glazed carrots were so good and 
it’s the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving dinner. Start by melting four tablespoons 
of butter. Then combine honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, garlic and herb seasoning, 
black pepper, paprika, salt, cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the 
carrots and mix it until it’s well coated. Bake the carrots at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Once 
done, give it a good mix. Then top it off with more honey. Save this recipe because these glazed
