Popped into Ramen Raijin in-between Bay and Yonge just north of Wellesley (IYKYK) after moving away from the immediate area and towards other ramen options.

They had a new (?) option called Raijiro which had thicker noodles, thick cut succulent pork, and a healthy portion of garlic, bean sprouts, and cabbage on top.

The pork was excellent and fall-apart tender while the thicker noodles had great bounce and chew. Ramen Raijin remains quite high for me on the ever growing list of ramen spots in the city.
