Inspired from the cake picnic events I see, I planned a dessert picnic with some work friends that turned into a successful event!! 💜🩷
I made a funfetti cake w/ strawberry marshmallow buttercream (used Stella Parks' vanilla cake recipe and added sprinkles & her marshmallow buttercream recipe that I added strawberries to) 🦄🍰🍓✨
The cake batter makes a lot, so I added Ube to the remaining batter and made them into cupcakes 🧁
