The Mediterranean fast-casual concept is debuting soon inside a Walmart super center.

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Crazy Pita will make its Jacksonville debut at 10991 San Jose Blvd., Ste. 1., Jacksonville, FL 32223, bringing its popular Mediterranean fast-casual concept from Las Vegas and Port St. Lucie to North Florida. Founder Mehdi Zarhloul confirms that this is the first of three Jacksonville-area locations, each scheduled to open two months apart.
“We have three locations coming in the Jacksonville area,” Zarhloul says. “The first one is set to debut February 1, and then every two months after, the second and the third will open.”
These new Jacksonville locations will all be inside Walmart stores as part of an ongoing partnership that is helping the brand reach families looking for fresh, convenient, and healthy food options during their everyday shopping trips.
A Growing Brand With a Mediterranean Focus
Crazy Pita currently operates four locations in Las Vegas and one in Port St. Lucie, along with two virtual brands: Salad Madness and Chicken Genius. Each reflects Zarhloul’s mission of serving fresh, wholesome Mediterranean food influenced by Morocco, Lebanon, France, Italy, and Spain.
This new Jacksonville site will introduce an enhanced in-store experience designed specifically for the Walmart environment.
“We are upgrading this location to more than just a restaurant,” he explains. “We’re displaying our offering in front of the guests, more like a grocery style. You’ll see cast-iron displays with chicken breast, skewers, rotisserie chicken, salads, pastas — all showcased buffet-style at the front counter.”
A Concept Designed for Convenience and Freshness
The Jacksonville location will offer seating for approximately 30–35 guests and operate from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week, closing only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
The concept remains fast-casual with an upgraded visual presentation meant to help guests see the freshness and variety of the menu firsthand.
Looking Ahead: Franchising and Florida Growth
Zarhloul says the company has entered a franchising phase, already awarding two Walmart-based franchise locations in Port St. Lucie and Miami Gardens.
“We’ve got some amazing partners,” he says. “They believe in the concept, the mission, and our growth strategy. I couldn’t ask for better partners.”
Crazy Pita is currently seeking franchise partners for the Jacksonville market as well.
