Did my first omakese and wasn’t disappointed 😌

We did the 17 course at Sushi Blossom so this is almost everything. It was fantastic. My favorites were oyster with uni, A5 Wagyu with fois gras and toro with fois gras.

I'm a food writer/reviewer but sushi is not my specialty so I won't go into detail and butcher it, but this was definitely one of the best meals of my life. And the staff members were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
