Used King Arthur’s Pan de Cristal dough. Crust was so incredibly crisp!
Feel I didn’t get enough rise because I don’t have a stone. Time for an investment?!

    Man this looks so killer! Are you using parchment paper? I feel like my crust always sticks to the pan without it even with tons of olive oil, but it never gets the bottom bake it want with it

    If you don’t have a stone you can flip a heavy baking sheet upside down an let that preheat for at least 1/2 hour at 450.
