Besides their salad and bread sticks, Olive Garden Zupa Tosscana is probably the best thing they have on their menu. And here’s how you can make it at home. Start by cutting up four or five large yellow potatoes. Get these into small bite-sized pieces. Next, dice up half of a yellow onion. And finally, chop up one bunch of kale. And you want to get these into pretty small pieces. Just be sure not to cut the stems as they can get pretty bitter. And that’s all the prep that there is. Next, in your Dutch oven, drop in one lb of mild or hot Italian sausage. And you want to break these up and continue cooking until it’s fully cooked and browned up. Remove it from the Dutch oven. Go in with some butter and the diced up onions. Next, add some minced garlic. And for the seasoning, I’m using my all-purpose rub and some crushed red pepper. Give this a mix. And after a minute, add some chicken broth, water, and the diced up potatoes. Cover. Bring this up to a boil and continue cooking until the potatoes are fork tender. And finally, add the heavy cream, the cooked Italian sausage, and the kale. Give it one more mix. Adjust for your seasonings. Add some parmesan. Simmer this for about 10 to 15 minutes until the kale is tender. Remove it from the heat. And all that’s left to do is plate it up. I like to finish it off with some more parm, some crispy bacon. And our zupa tuscana is ready to go. Wow, that approved. This is so

  1. Yeah iv been to 2 different types of olive gardens and both times I got that dish there was a fly in them

  2. Oh, you're supposed to cook the bacon with the sausage not top it its in the recipe at the restaurant

  3. My wife makes this. When our kid was younger she'd ask for moms stupid-diskona. Liked you added parm chesse and bacon, going to try that next time.

  4. Buying a yeti bowl is a perfect example of more money than sense ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. That's one bandwagon I'll never understand people's jumping on….anywhere from 2-3 times as expensive as other comparable brands, with ZERO performance increase.
Not to mention all the times that they give you for keeping your stuff cold or keeping ice in it is fine print telling you that you have to keep it in like a shaded area or make sure that you go ahead and like pre-cool it by putting ice in it before you plan on using it ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ who TF does that shit.
And it's not that I can't afford them, I can. I just choose to not throw away excess money on overpriced trendy brands ๐Ÿคท
