So I bought my kamado Joe at Home Depot (they loaded with forklift) I unloaded by myself at home with a car jack. It was a little sketchy, but worked well. Building out the box is possible by yourself too if you’re comfortable lifting into the stand.

I put mine together by myself too, it was super sketchy and I probably wouldn’t do it again but I made it happen lol
How did you get it off your truck without breaking it down?
Why didn’t you open the box and remove it piece by piece? I moved mine solo this way down an exterior flight of stairs.

I live in an apartment building and they dropped off line in the front hallway, completely blocking it. Neighbors had to literally climb over it until I finally got down there.
I opened it there and began the task of moving it up piece by piece and it was like a game of Tetris managing the pieces, the styrofoam, the wrap, all of it.
Luckily I have patient neighbors.
Yes i did it myself too. Not recommended. That lift into the stand nearly gave me a hernia lol.
