Famed Dublin restaurant Pichet is serving up a taste of the west that food lovers won’t want to miss.

For one night only, the French restaurant is joining forces with Ashford Castle as part of its Friends of Pichet series.

The night will see the five-star hotel’s Executive Chef, Liam Finnegan, join forces with Pichet’s Head Chef, Harry Quinn, on a six-course menu centred on seasonal bites and local produce, picked from Ashford Castle’s organic kitchen garden.
