Once again Brookfield Place’s venues have out-candy caned themselves, creating limited-edition festive treats designed to match the precinct’s candy-inspired vibe:
At The Heritage Wine Bar, indulge in a summery Peach Trifle layered with almond financier, vanilla crème pâtissière, and peach and rose sorbet – pure sunshine in dessert form.
Bobèche is shaking things up with the “Sweet Knockout”, a bold mix of Ketel One vodka, Aperol, Casamigos Mezcal, Massenez peach, and a red wine float – Christmas cheer in cocktail form.
W Churchill is serving a dessert lineup to impress: from Crème Brûlée with homemade shortbread to a gluten-free Chocolate Brownie with whisky caramel popcorn – plus a Tiramisu made with Frangelico, Kahlúa, and praline cocoa.
Over at Bar Lafayette, the cocktail list is just as indulgent including the Yuzu Penicillin with ginger and chrysanthemum, a Popcorn Blazer, and a Miso Tiramisu Old Fashioned that’s as rich as it sounds.
