So, I heard you’re trying to be a healthy but you’re also a bit of a lazy welcome. I make recipes for healthy lazy Today, we’re meal prepping lunch when I don’t want to cook at all. Also, if you’re a lazy and you don’t have a veggie chopper, what are you doing? The chopping is the most work you’re going to have to do. Then, we just chuck everything into a bowl. Today, we’re making an edamame miso salad. Of course, we have our edetamame. I just buy frozen and thaw in the microwave. Also adding in a can of white beans. What do you do if you don’t like beans? You you keep scrolling. Then we’re going to add in our veggies. Some green onion. And we’re going to make our miso dressing. Rice vinegar. Lime juice. Soy sauce. Sesame oil. Some minced garlic. I don’t know. Yeah, that needs more maple syrup. You can also add some chicken if you want. I’m Chicken’s grossing me out right now. So, wait, we need sesame seeds. My favorite way to eat this is with some seaweed snacks and avocado.

  1. Her face at the first taste of the dressing is so funny! Defo giving this recipe a go though. I fear it won't work that great for meal prep tho. Probably will add some kimchi, boiled eggs, and maybe tuna

  2. Veggie chopper is great until you spend 45 minutes with a tooth pick cleaning out the chopper part

  3. actually for people who dislike those kind of beans (like me) try chickpeas instead! If you don't like either? keep scrolling I can't be the one to help you on your journey

  4. The minute she said "If you do not like beans keep scrolling" I thought… "I wonder if someone tagged liam yet". I open the comments and second comment is his first @ LOL
