


I think it turned out great! Stuffed the chicken with some aromatics and 1/2 lemon. Had it on the rotisserie for about 2.5hrs. Kept it closed for the first 2ish hours, then let it roast to get that crispy skin. May have gone a little too far with the char… it it was freaking delish.

Recommendation for the next cook..push all your hot coals to the back instead.
I do mine exactly the same way, did a whole chicken as well yesterday. I’m going to try a pork roll next. Wondering though about the time it has to be on the rotisserie.
