Recipe I used:

50 g starter
350 g water
500 g all purpose flour
10 g salt

Combine and let rest for one hour. Stretch and fold, cover and let rest 30 mins. Stretch and fold again, let rest 7-8 hours.

Shape loaf and cover for 1-2 hours. Bake at 450 20 mins covered, 25 mins uncovered

    Great first try!

    Its a bit underfermented. You can either extend bulk, or put it somewhere warmer. Could also be that your starter is not strong enough yet.
