Tea time is my tieover between my tiny lunch and my dinner, almost a sort of lunch pt2 for me. It's a green-black blend with a just a little bit of honey. With it, I have some cheese, sausage and crackers and a piece of fruit.

Dinner here is a half of a cheese and broccoli stuffed chicken breast with a small portion of creamy garlic spaghetti with fresh grated parmigiano reggiano cheese and a caesar salad with cucumber to make up for the limited amount of lettuce I had. Many of the things here

As an evening snack, I opted for cheap and simple, with a banana and peanut butter and a cup of herbal tea with a little honey and a splash of milk.

Cost (not including the tea): $0.44

Total Calories: 1400
Total Cost: $6.63

I measured all of the ingredients as I made these meals so I could be as accurate in my estimates as possible, and didn't calculate for seasonings since those would have a fairly minimal impact. However, I just wanted to say I'm proud of myself for my hard work in learning to manage this after a life of just giving into depression. I'm managing a steady lb per week weight loss now with this and some moderate cardio as I recover from an injury.

Let's all keep working hard to be our best and healthiest selves and being proud of ourselves for every little step we make towards ours goal, no matter how small!

Wooo look at you go! I totally get you on the depression front, the sheer amount of effort that goes into actually tracking everything gets pretty glossed over by people who don’t know what it’s like.

You’re killing it tho! And now I’m gonna try a little jam in my Greek yogurt cause that sounds delicious actually

This looks fantastic. Do you have a recipe for that cheese and broccoli stuffed chicken breast and/or the creamy garlic spaghetti?
