Did you actually make this with rice flour? I tried once by grinding my own rice, so totally from scratch, it was a lot of work, and ultimately I think the rice flour was overly hydrated so it got messy and weird, but it was still fun!

I’m drooling. I love teokbokki. Hard for me to afford the gochujang and the tteok these days, though. Used to get them from Chinatown or Koreatown, but I’ve been Unable to really go in recent years. And online shopping alternatives are so expensive.

The color on this batch is really balanced, not too bright and not muddy, which usually means you nailed the gochujang and broth ratio.
