Now I’m going to cook the scallop. A scallop like that will take quite quite fast, you know, maybe two to three minutes. It depend it depend as a as a the thickness of your scallop. Always season your foodie before before you cook. Always. Scallop will be cooked only with butter. You make your butter melt. Hey voila. That’s good. Scallop in. There I’m going to use some row. Some people don’t like the row. I don’t know why, but it’s quite nice. So, so I use the Never overcook those scal because they are not very very nice after when become a bit woolly. So, like I say, 1 minute, 1 minute and a half on one side, same on the other side. Now, the scallop are cooked. So, I’m going to dear it on on the side ready to be dressed. To dress the scallop is quite easy. Sauce on the bottom, scallop on top. So you can put it like that if you want. One like that. Again, you do what what you fancy to do. That’s it. Put your scallops. And there you have scallop bonapiti.

  1. I used to be able to buy roe-on scallops for pretty cheap years ago. Now you can't find them with roe on anywhere unless you dive for them yourself. Sad.

  2. This guys videos are ridiculous. He essentially says “poooot lots of buteierrr” and then fry’s in it. He is saying absolutely nothing of any note regarding this being classified as a supposed ‘masterclass’ 😂

  3. The pan is not hot enough. He is boiling them instead of cooking. One of the worst scallop cooking I’ve ever seen.
