Hummus Republic has expanded with a new location at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee.
This is the brand’s second Bergen County spot, following their Paramus opening two years ago.
The fast-casual chain specializes in Mediterranean cuisine with a build-your-own concept (View Menu).
Customers can customize wraps, pitas, or bowls by selecting a base, hummus or spread, protein options like steak, chicken, falafel, or mushrooms, along with many toppings and dressings.
The brand also highlights its commitment to sustainability, using compostable packaging and offering a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
