After many attempts, the shells finally turned out well (with feet!) 🌟 I realized what I was doing wrong. I had been trying to make powdered sugar, using granulated sugar and added a bit of cornstarch, which probably messed up the batter. This time, I just granulated sugar in the food processor without any cornstarch, and they turned out perfectly 😋 The last three photos show my earlier failed attempts 🤭
