I’ve seen those machines (saw one as recently as a couple days ago). They don’t make espresso, they only steam milk. They’re only used to foam instant coffee and all of them seem locally made and heavily used. No group head, only steam valves for frothing milk. The exterior design might mimic older espresso machines but that’s about where the similarities end.

Release valve stuck ..It’s the reason we have boiler inspections and certs every year now .. a machine engineer I know told me of a blown boiler from a stuck valve , the whole machine (3 group ) hit the roof and ended up on the other side of the cafe ,back of it went through the wall .. it was first reported that a bomb had gone off and definitely people were hospitalised , some serious.
