

Homemade, high- protein, low sugar pumpkin bread (only a bit of brown sugar added, no white) with 75% dark chocolate chips. Crushed half a slice up and put it over some plain nonfat Greek yogurt with sunflower seeds. Filling, sweet & autumnal. 🍁
