Great! I cook quite often the chicken version with some slight changes since I’m Italian (half of the vinegar is balsamic, half apple, plus I probably add more bay leaves than needed because I love bay leaves).
I should really try with potatoes since we are not big fans of rice.
How much time does the pork need to become tender?
