It it by no means a beautiful dish, but it is tasty. First cook ramen(I use maruchan, it’s like 25 cents per pack) leave a little water in bottom so it doesn’t dry out. Put seasoning in and put in a bowl. Sauté a quarter onion and half a bell pepper(I throw in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce) in the same pot used for the ramen, scramble 3 eggs and put on top of the noodles when finished. Should take less than 10 minutes and is under $2.50 for one person. The Worcestershire sauce and chicken noodle packet really do gods work carrying this meal. Cheers!

I make almost the same dish but with rice instead of ramen and I also add soy sauce, absolutely delicious!
I’m on mobile so my spacing will be strange but here’s the ingredients
1.X2 pack of ramen noodles
2.1/4 of an onion
3.1/2 of a bell pepper
4.3 eggs
5.Salt,pepper, Worcestershire sauce
First cook your ramen, drain it and put in bowl.
Add flavor packet
Using original pot, sauté 1/4 of an onion and 1/2 of the bell pepper.
Throw in the seasoning and a little bit of the sauce to taste
Scramble the egg and put on top of the noodles
Enjoy
That sounds fantastic and Worcestershire sauce is a WAY underappreciated condiment.
