    Not my style but the rice looks perfectly cooked, your knife looks sharp as hell. 8/10 as the original inside out needs some more filling to prevent the bit of Nori peeking out, which I compare to having a mouse tail. And the roll is not cut at the same height/size. Overall very good technique.
