First time trying this recipe, second time trying focaccia. The flour was a few months out of date and I wanted to get rid of it but it still seemed fine.

Didn't have a round tin so just used a 12" cast iron pan.

Next time I'll add some olives, garlic and rosemary maybe.

    they’re my go to focaccia recipe and I love adding garlic and rosemary! I also make it with the overnight modification and it never fails me
