In my country there’s variants of corn tortillas as low as 20 calories each, but the average is 30-50 calories, so a safe bet would be 100-120 for the tortillas alone.
For the beef, I would add 400, 500 if the meat is too oily.

Guacamole looks like 300-400 calories.
