Got a new Gozney Dome Gen2 oven and made my first Neapolitan pie. How did it come out? I used my standard recipe for the dough and kept the oven between 850-950 during the bake with oak wood.

    Looks really good. I think you’re not quite nailing the classic Neapolitan cornicione, but I sure wouldn’t be upset if this landed in front of me at a pizza place

    Ok looks awesome but interested in your New York style recipes I have yet to find a good one! We have the Gozney Dome xl but only for 6 weeks so total newbie here!
