Whenever I make a meal with raw veggies/ fruit I don’t count their calories. For example this meal I only counted calories for the can of sardines and boiled eggs. I was wondering if other people do the same?

I count em in a deep cut. Only things I don’t cought are pills, psyllium husk, and spices that aren’t seeds.

    You cooked those eggs perfectly!

    What is your method?

Many veggies, or “fruits” such as tomato or cucumber, fine. Sweet fruits like apples and grapes and peaches and mango and so forth? That would be crazy not to count those calories. Also, there are some vegetables with quite high calorie counts, such as avocados, corn, or potatoes.

I used to not but now I do but only because I feel proud of myself when I see veggies on my fitness pal haha. But I don’t really focus on getting them perfectly accurate.
