I traveled home today and had a couple of Sobieski/Chucky’s Punch then decided I needed a breakfast burrito… so I made two.

Cheesy eggs, Hill’s breakfast sausage, taters/onions cooked in the sausage drippings.

It started out with me just wanting eggs, then I remembered I had breakfast links and taters/onions on hand. 8.7/10. The taters were a little sloppy and not crispy, but damn tasty.

BTW- Love my cast iron “pizza pan”. It handles the large tortillas nicely.
